Appointments are 50 minutes long.

It is most common to meet once a week when you first start therapy. This gives us the opportunity to build a positive rapport and also allows us to address your goals in a timely manner and helps us to maintain motivation.
If you would like to meet with a different frequency then please do discuss this with me.

This will vary from person to person. Some people find that just a few sessions are enough, while others prefer to work together over a longer period of time. I will always tailor my approach to suit your individual needs and preferences, and we will review things regularly to make sure that the support feels right for you.

I offer face to face appointments at Carlton Psychology in Farnham, or online appointments via Zoom.

I am an approved provider for most major insurance companies, including Aviva, BUPA, and Cigna. If your insurance provider is not listed here, please let me know—I’d be happy to contact them on your behalf to explore whether your treatment can be covered.
If you are using a health insurance provider to cover your sessions, please note that fees may differ from those for self-funding clients.

If you're unable to attend your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice of the appointment will not be charged;
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full session fee.
Please note that most insurance providers do not cover late cancellations or missed appointments, so you would be responsible for paying the full fee in these cases.
